Vanessa Arbuthnott designs beautiful fabrics for the home and has recently branched out into rugs. The rugs are woven in a small mill in Solva, Pembrokeshire. We have recently bought a stair runner to cover our newly varnished hall floor (which took far too long to do!).
Back in the 1980s, my family holidayed in Solva and my parents bought two rugs, which they still have to this day. A couple of years ago, we returned to Solva and stayed just down the road from the mill; whilst there we bought a wonderful Preseli floor rug.
